These terms govern the use of the muenka.com website (the "Site"). By visiting the Site or placing an order through it, you accept the conditions below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish text is the legally binding version.

Rules of use

• The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information entered on the Site.
• Copying, reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting Site content, in whole or in part, without permission is prohibited.
• Using software or methods that threaten the security of the Site, disrupt the service or place automated load on the server is prohibited.
• Users may not use another person's IP address, email address or personal data, nor access other users' data without authorisation.
• Where these rules are breached, MUENKA reserves the right to restrict access to the Site temporarily or permanently.

Intellectual property

All designs, prints, photographs, texts, logos and brand elements on the Site belong to MUENKA and are protected under Turkish Law no. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Copyright and trademark notices may not be removed from any material downloaded or printed from the Site.

Product information and prices

• Colours in product photographs may differ from the actual item depending on your screen and device settings.
• All prices on the Site are in Turkish Lira and include VAT.
• Prices and stock information may change without prior notice. The price valid at the time of order applies.
• Where a price or stock figure contains an obvious error, MUENKA reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount collected.

Limitation of liability

MUENKA does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption or error. MUENKA cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from technical faults, maintenance, force majeure or interruptions caused by third-party service providers.

Notices

The email address the user provides to the Site is accepted as the valid address for all notices relating to these terms. If a change of email address is not reported within 3 days, notices sent to the previous address are deemed valid.

Changes and jurisdiction

MUENKA reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice; the current text takes effect when published on the Site. Turkish law applies to any dispute arising from these terms, and Consumer Arbitration Committees together with the İstanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction.
