Returns and Exchanges

Every MUENKA piece may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the day it reaches you. The conditions below follow Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Shipping and delivery

• Orders are handed to the courier within 1-4 business days of payment confirmation.
• Shipping is free for all orders within Türkiye.
• We recommend checking the parcel while the courier is present. If the box is crushed, torn or wet, do not accept it without a damage report.

Return conditions

• The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• The original packaging and gift box, if any, must be returned with the item.
• Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies to discounted items as well. If an item was given free of charge as part of a campaign, it must be returned together with the order.
• Items carrying scent, stains, make-up marks or signs of wear cannot be returned.

How to return

1. Email info@muenka.com with your name, order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Once we confirm and send you the shipping instructions, post the item to the address below.
3. After handing the parcel to the courier, send the tracking number together with your name and request to +90 533 779 16 65.
4. We will contact you as soon as the item reaches our office and has been checked.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
• The time it takes to appear on a credit card statement depends on your bank and is usually 2-10 business days.
• For returns under the right of withdrawal, MUENKA covers the cost of shipping the item back. For other return requests the shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Exchanges

To exchange a piece for a different print or product, follow the same process and state your request in the email. If the new item costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less the difference is refunded to you.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Notice of withdrawal sent in writing or on a durable medium within this period is sufficient. Please send withdrawal notices to info@muenka.com.
